Since the epidemic, police officers have always been on the front line facing various challenges and often neglect their own health. In order to convey the concept of police officers' health self-management, the Wufeng Precinct, Taichung City Police Department invited Hsu Chi-Xsiang, the director and executive secretary of Jen-Ai Foundation, to manage the community health care lectures.

🔹Doctor Hsu Chi-Xsiang described the symptoms and prevention of diseases of heart, blood vessels, and lungs with actual pictures and cases, so that each participating colleague can learn more about health care. According to the type of police work, the risk of cardiovascular disease, cancer and liver disease is high. We provide on-site explanations on the importance of physical health, remind colleagues to pay attention to physical warnings, detect symptoms early, and prevent the diseases rather than cure. We suggest that colleagues with symptoms can track and have treatment, so as to reach the maximum function of early detection and early treatment of health examination.
