Consensus Conference on the Provisions of Patient Safety Target Visits
In order to assist the health bureaus of Taichung City, Changhua County, and Nantou County for supervising and assess the patient safety visit works, the visit agents of🔸 Taiwan Patient Safety Culture Club🔸, aiming at the annual medical quality and patient safety work goals, revised the visit focus and evaluation criteria, and explained the contents of each target interview at this consensus conference.
