The RCA (Root Cause Analysis) Demonstration Competition, promoted by Taiwan Patient Safety Culture Club, consists of cross-departmental RCA teams from various hospitals. By finding the root cause through truth investigation, the perfect action plan can be found out. Through the observation mode, the medical institutions are inspired to have a deeper understanding of the refined RCA methods, so as to improve the application and execution ability of the root cause analysis method of the team members, and track the colleagues who have learned from the mistakes, and test their teamwork. 🔍
