The Second Volunteer Training Program

Specialized programs help improve the quality of volunteer services.
This time we invited Li Lin Lin- a deputy director in nursing division and Chen Ying Ru- a project manager in Garden of Hope foundation to make speeches about protection of patient safety and privacy and gender issues for volunteers. These speeches were important knowledge and concepts, and not only helped volunteers to improve the concepts again, but also maintained their friendship by training. Meanwhile these programs helped them enhance their work efficiency and build up sense of achievement.
