Volunteer recognition event and the second on-the-job training 💖 in 2020

💖At the annual volunteer recognition event outstanding volunteers were praised to enhance the volunteer's sense of identification with the hospital, strengthen the enthusiasm for service. In addition, we also conducted cadre re-election and replacement to bring vitality and new atmosphere to the volunteer team.
💖The second part on-the-job training, we invited Lee Lin Lin- the deputy director in nursing division as lecturer to explain patient safety and communication between hospital and patient, letting the volunteers feel less stress, the patients have a safer environment, improving the serving quality of our volunteer team.
💖In the process of the activity, mutual support and experience sharing among volunteers helped increase the emotional connection between volunteers.
